We were relocating from the Minneapolis area, and Kim and her team were referred to us by the KW realtor who sold our current home. Kim iniated a phone call with us to get a feel for what our needs were; why we were relocating (twin grandsons), type of home (single story), our price range, and  other important concerns. We scheduled a visit for our home search a couple weeks later. In the meantime, Kim kept us apprised of what the Appleton market was doing so that we were better prepared when we came for our home search. When we arrived for our search, Kim and Brian had a list of 5 properties that met our criteria. They objectively presented each of the properties, carefully pointing out the positives while also sharing things that may be of concern. They were not pushy, but rather allowed us to feely draw our own conclusions. They listened carefully to our comments to enable them to learn more about what was important to us. We have worked with realtors in the past who tended to try to “oversell” us; that was not the case with Kim. One of the homes we looked at that day seemed to fit our needs, but we wanted to give it some thought overnight. Kim did not push us to make an immediate offer, but rather allowed us our time. The following day we decided we wanted to take another look at the property we liked. When we decided we wanted to make an offer, Kim shared her expertise to help us make an offer that she thought would get us our new home. Our offer and terms were accepted! Kim. Brian, and Lindsey took the reins to coordinate the inspection, review, counter offer for repairs, and follow up necessary for us to complete our purchase from 300 miles away. Constant contact with her team via phone and email were much appreciated. Our next face-to-face contact was at our walk through the day prior to closing. We were not expecting any surprises, as we were kept in the loop throughout the process during the weeks leading up to closing. The closing process was simple, and we are delighted with our new home and to be part of this new chapter in our lives. We highly recommend Kim and her team.
