Listing Specialist

The Batterman Integrity Group is hiring for the position of Listing Specialist. This position is responsible for working with sellers to help them market and sell their home. This is a full-time position.

Role Summary
Real Estate Specialist who works exclusively with sellers to ready properties for sale, markets using primarily technology and specialized tools, and sells homes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Prospect for listing leads for at least 2 hours per day
 Provide friends and family contacts for the database
 Develop a trusting relationship with seller prospects
 Identify pre-listing activities to maximize the value of the property
 Perform market analysis to determine the price of the property
 Create listing documents and obtain signatures
 Complete pre-listing activities and market properties
 Receive offers to purchase and negotiate
 Manage the accepted offer transaction to a successful close
 Manage contacts database
 Set goals and work to achieve them
 Participate in team meetings and activities

Education / Experience
 No experience is necessary
 High School diploma or equivalent required
 Higher education degree preferred but not necessary

Additional Qualifications
 Must complete DISC assessment
 Must have or obtain a registered business entity
 Must have or obtain general liability insurance on business entity
 Must have or obtain business rider on automobile insurance

Certifications / Licenses
 Must have or obtain Wisconsin Residential Real Estate License
 Must be or become a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin
Realtors Association, and Local Realtors Association after licensed
 Must complete required continuing education credits every two years
