The Batterman Integrity Group is hiring for the position of Buyer’s Specialist. This position is responsible for working with buyers to help them locate and purchase a home. This is a full-time position.
Real Estate Specialist who works exclusively with buyers to master the contracts, the relationships and the transaction of buying a home, building a home or buying an investment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Prospect for buyer leads for at least 2 hours per day
Provide friends and family contacts for the database
Develop a trusting relationship with buyer prospects
Determine needs of buyer and locate matching properties
Show the buyer properties and guide them to selecting a property to buy
Create offer to purchase documents and negotiate
Manage the accepted offer transaction to a successful close
Manage contacts database
Set goals and work to achieve them
Participate in team meetings and activities
Education / Experience
No experience is necessary
High School diploma or equivalent required
Higher education degree preferred but not necessary
Flexible with time
High economic drive
Must complete DISC assessment
Must have or obtain a registered business entity
Must have or obtain general liability insurance on business entity
Must have or obtain business rider on automobile insurance
Certifications / Licenses
Must have or obtain Wisconsin Residential Real Estate License
Must be or become a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin
Realtors Association, and Local Realtors Association after licensed
Must complete required continuing education credits every two years
