The Batterman Integrity Group is hiring for the position of Buyer’s Specialist. This position is responsible for working with buyers to help them locate and purchase a home. This is a full-time position.

Role Summary
Real Estate Specialist who works exclusively with buyers to master the contracts, the relationships and the transaction of buying a home, building a home or buying an investment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 Prospect for buyer leads for at least 2 hours per day
 Provide friends and family contacts for the database
 Develop a trusting relationship with buyer prospects
 Determine needs of buyer and locate matching properties
 Show the buyer properties and guide them to selecting a property to buy
 Create offer to purchase documents and negotiate
 Manage the accepted offer transaction to a successful close
 Manage contacts database
 Set goals and work to achieve them
 Participate in team meetings and activities

Education / Experience
 No experience is necessary
 High School diploma or equivalent required
 Higher education degree preferred but not necessary

Additional Qualifications
 Must complete DISC assessment
 Must have or obtain a registered business entity
 Must have or obtain general liability insurance on business entity
 Must have or obtain business rider on automobile insurance

Certifications / Licenses
 Must have or obtain Wisconsin Residential Real Estate License
 Must be or become a member of the National Association of Realtors, Wisconsin
Realtors Association, and Local Realtors Association after licensed
 Must complete required continuing education credits every two years
